Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and confirmed. Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order to avoid delays.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Lebanon.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

In some cases, if an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take longer than the usual timeframe. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible and keep you informed of any significant delay.

Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected events.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, phone number, or other information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
